Windhoek Beer - No response to "contact us" (Empty 330ml Beer Can)
Bought a 6 pack of Windhoek Lager 330ml, 1 of the beers is totally sealed and unopened, but the can is empty. Not impressed by this. Explanation, please. Have the can as proof, the serial number is 6 009801 472898. Logged message on web twice no response - https://windhoekbeer.com/contact-us/

Windhoek Draught can totally sealed but can is empty - Oversight or Deceit?
My husband bought a 6 pack of Windhoek Draught 440ml, 1 of the beers is totally sealed but the can is empty. I am totally not impressed by this oversight or deceit, will await the explanation. I have still have the can as proof, the serial number on the can is 6001760004776

Useless marketing by Heineken
Beer is Brilliant, Marketing Useless. I visit Beer and Barrel Pub in Glenwood, Durban regularly for there promotion to win a Weber Braai. The draw was meant to take place on 29th October 2021, when asking the management of Beer and Barrel , they can't say when because there is jo communication from the holding company Heineken. Is this professional, definitely not. It looks like Heineken are trying to manipulate the outcome.

I really need to understand the following!! Why would Winhoek make their light bottles 330ml and not 340ml like all other brand's. Do they really need to skim 10ml of every bottle! Shame on you. And to top it all R259/case to R240/case of Castle light, and do you really short money to make it a ***** top like Casrle lite. Come on Windhoek jack yourselves up and start preventing people making a mockery of you at parties.

Windhoek draft quality is slipping
Bought 2 6 packs of windhoek draft. Gosh the first two bottles the beer is off. How horrible is that. I guess I need to change my brand here thinking I'm drinking a premium beer, clearly not.

Flat Beer and non existent customer service
01/11/2019 I have complained re flat beer on your web site contact form and have not even received a reply, also on twitter and no reply received. Lets try here and see if your customers really matter. Sent complaints around the 10th Oct. Nothing more disgusting than a flat beer. End Jun 2020, 9261516D0111 Windhoek draft. 13/11/2019 We now a month later since I reported it and 2 weeks since messenger complaint and I haven heard a thing regarding my complaint. Seems my favorite beer brand doesn't care about complaints. 20/11/2019 Another week later so 3 weeks and no response. Original email was sent around 10th October. Meaning we at a month and a half and no feedback. Great customer service They keep saying they will send to customer service to follow up, I forwarded the serial nrs and photos requested by them, sent them some more request on the query but nothing is being done. Seems I have to change my beer brand as they don't care.
