Unfortunately there is no minus stars available. If here was any it would be all the minuses available. So my child visits the hospital as he feels he can't breath they triage the kid but dnt even check his sugar levels as he is a diabetic. As one of the things triage must do is that but no. They send the kid home and say he needs some meds to keep his chest clear. But actually his levels was rising without any one detecting. Within an hour this child is vomiting and having cramps back att home. So he comes back as we suspect dka is in process. The people at triage says he must wait but any real medical person would know a dkh is life threatning. So after we go and speak to the doctor personally he gets the immidiate treatment that is needed. So clearly we need to send the staff that works during the day all on training on what triage actually is as you playing with ppls lives here, or if you don't want to be here please feel free to rather do nothing as your nothing is not contributing to saving lives. Maybe it was the fact that we came at 6:40 and the shift was about to change. So the mind set of let's let someone else do it came to play. Come now really do we still have this low regard for our jobs and service delivery??? At least there night staff works 2 stars, it would hve been more but I'm still feeling the disappointment of being treated like we don't care.
Bought 2 6 packs of windhoek draft. Gosh the first two bottles the beer is off. How horrible is that. I guess I need to change my brand here thinking I'm drinking a premium beer, clearly not.
If you want you car fixed never ever ever go to them they tell you one thing the one day another the next. I wonder if they are even using qualified ppl to do wrk. Took my car there they even knocked it now hey claim it was there. Shame on you so Im talking to the RMI and ombudsman to report them.
The consultant goes and links the wrong account no to my rewards this account does not even exist the other consultant goes an creates a wrong profile on my banking app. Owe and the rewards staff do not do what you ask them. If I could give a minus zero rating I would when it comes to ****y service I would. Don't buy a car from the Parow dealer as the word customer service is a word they trying to find in the dictionary.
If I could make the rating minus I would. Found a hair in my cake, canal walk tonight. They dnt even appoligize or anything just brought other cake. What poor poor service and I had to pay for this. Come on ppl. So if you like hair in your cake with your coffee please visit them
