Yes, there was an error with the measurements for this order that cost a everyone time and frustration - these issues were all sorted out BUT let's take into consideration the facts.
We priced a supply and install project but you elected to forego this and take supply only to save a few thousand Rand. This resulted in a hack job of an install by an UNACCREDITED installer who damaged products, and now you blame us after many 3rd parties have pointed out issues with his work.
We do not provide on site service free of charge, and follow a callout fee process. IF the problem is ours, we refund and repair immediately FREE OF CHARGE in line with guarantees FOR TWO YEARS, but if not, you are required to pay for the consultation, time and evaluation of your issues - simple.
I offered a solution for you to take a photo and send it in for immediate evaluation, but did not take this up but chose rather to lie and slander us - let the reader decide.
