Windoors poor service
I used windoor to replace my bathrooms windows. The contractor had to visit 3 times, once to install the window, 2nd time to finish the plaster work (done very poorly) and third to actually complete the work (they didn't). I ended up filling in the gaps they missed. I was also charged for materials that was not used, and refused a refund when I queried about it.<br> <br> They also damaged my bath (on 2 separate occasions), and a large mirror - they have insurance for this but have since refused to compensate me in any way.<br> <br> Be warned, once I settled the account their caring service has disappeared, also the contractor is all about short cuts and smoke breaks. <br> Although Jon-Jon appears to provide good customer service that is a ruse as this disappears as soon as you settle the account. <br> <br> <br>

What a pity that this is the manner in which you accept your responsibility as per the terms and conditions which state we are not responsible for tiles that may break during an extraction. This is an industry standard term and condition.
There is a dual responsibility in the relationship as signed for by you, and now the only retribution you feel is to post a negative comment? What a pity Justin, when we sent our chap out the day after your snag was made known.
You also failed on your responsibility to make payment as per our terms and conditions, and you felt it was your right to break that agreement and use this to \force performance\"? We are obligated to perform in terms of our industry associations and simple ethics
