I used windoor to replace my bathrooms windows. The contractor had to visit 3 times, once to install the window, 2nd time to finish the plaster work (done very poorly) and third to actually complete the work (they didn't). I ended up filling in the gaps they missed. I was also charged for materials that was not used, and refused a refund when I queried about it.<br> <br> They also damaged my bath (on 2 separate occasions), and a large mirror - they have insurance for this but have since refused to compensate me in any way.<br> <br> Be warned, once I settled the account their caring service has disappeared, also the contractor is all about short cuts and smoke breaks. <br> Although Jon-Jon appears to provide good customer service that is a ruse as this disappears as soon as you settle the account. <br> <br> <br>
