I have been in contact with Sunell Afrika about managing my property in the towers in Sea Point. She has not responded for over a week now. Other contacts are Ferne and Fairooz - it seems that because I may have a potential squatter in my property no-one is bothered. And they manage my building that my apartment is in. Disappointing and unprofessional
I used their online site to purchase 251 dollars worth of product, and have heard nothing since (+1.5 months) I made paypal payment to Johan Wilken (johan@ecmail.co.za). Nothing since has happened
Takealot Pickup Point Nelspruit The door says closes weekdays at 7pm. Google says the same. Reality... closes at 5pm (I assume as thats when I get there). Tried to phone the number on the day, but nothing. Clearly Fridays are not considered weekday. Thanks for wasting my time.
Trying to extend my car rental, as I need another month. Got through in the morning and said they needed to check with head office... heard nothing back and I cannot get through at all. Useless
So Capitec got round to phoning me, as I'm in London about getting me a token keyring. Much appreciated that you made the call. They said that someone in another department would need to phone me and get my address details. But literally nothing has happened since. I have bills to pay and I cannot log into my app - as I cannot receive SMSs. Can someone please action this. I've been waiting to resolve this since 12th March.
I got could traction initially on getting Capitec to authorise me to use the app whilst I am overseas - they requested my skype address to verify me... however they have ignored my reply for 1 month (since 11th March 2019). Why are you guys ignoring paying bank customers? If I do not get access to my app I will need to change banks asap. I do not have a SA number anymore. App Incident# ********** 4 Justin
So my card expired and when I received my new card the OTP settings reset to SMS - why? Now I tried going to site where I can change the settings but I have forgotten my username and password - so I select such link to retrieve it and it says unknown error... not very helpful.<br> <br> So I cannot retrieve my own details so thats where I send an email to FNB to help me out and nothing has happened for about 5 days now.<br> <br> Annoying as I'm overseas at the moment with a new sim card and I have to change sims everytime I buy something online.<br> <br> Please assist asap please.
We're in the UK, and we want to topup our card in pounds. We phone the number 011 352 5606 and we were bounced around 3 different people for about 6 minutes until we decided to give up.<br> <br> Everyone was cordial but they clearly have no idea whats going on!! I had 3k in my account last night. This morning I had zero... no explanation as to why and the call center cannot explain it. I have phoned them twice and they promised to send me an email on both occasions but this never happened.<br> <br> I would like to know what happened to my money asap. I just need my blood test results from Discovery so that I can get life insurance. This has bamboozled them for some reason. I've been waiting 2-3 weeks for a proper response. They sent my vitality points summary which is not really what life insurance companies need.<br> <br> Quite frustrating how difficult this is.
