They sold my week at Ngwenya, the buyer already paid them they transferred the week into the new owners' name, in I think Febr 2025 but I have not received the full amount

They sold my week at Ngwenya, the buyer already paid them they transferred the week into the new owners' name, in I think Febr 2025 but I have not received the full amount. When they send an email, there is no name & contact details so you don't know who you are speaking to The sales person when he answers my call (does not happen often) promises to find out what is going on and let me know, also does not do that. Then ignores my calls / WA's I do not get any answers.. their promises also come to nothing.
