My name is Nomakaya Mbuli Magxunyana. I am writing to you because I am so appalled by the poor service I got from Winston Sahds in East London.
I purchased a lounge suite, 3 piece together with a coffee table, and they were worth R55000,and the purchase was done by April 2023. Upon realising that the coffee table was peeling, as if its not made out of oak,and also the small couch was making noise as if the springs are broken. I notified them.
They came and painted the coffee table, however, the problem is back again, as for the couch, they never even bothered to look at it. I have been to their store several times, and I am being sent from pillar to post.
I need your urgent assistance with regards to the above, because I am tired of wasting money and energy going to their store with no positive outcome. It's either they fix this problem or I get a refund.
