We bought a bed end of June 2024, sometime in July we noticed that the mattress has formed a crater on the one side of the bed,which makes it excruciating to sleep on. We then went to OK Furniture to lodge a complaint, which we found that there has been a lot of people complaining about Edblo beds. After sometime, we got a call from their supplier, who said their policy is, the bed needs to be rotated anticlockwise once in two weeks, that came as a surprise because I have never heard such in my life. Upon buying that bed we were never informed about the rotation of the bed,and we didn't even get the warranty pamphlet which the supplier said the rotation policy is written on. The Supplier needed pictures of the bed, which we did send on their WhatsApp number, nothing came out of that, we went to the store again, only to be told we will be contacted in 3 to 5 days, we didn't get any call. We went to the store again, only to be told that, we will get a call from the supplier and they will require more pictures. I'm very appalled by the poor service we got from their store as well as their supplier. Who rotates a new bed? And for what reason. Can we be refunded our money, so we can go buy a bed somewhere, where we will not be told to rotate a new bed.
I had the worst service at Hungry lion Baywest Mall on the 12th of May 2024, I bought one of their meals and money was deducted in my account, however, they said it doesn't reflect on their side, I showed them the transaction on my phone, after having waited 45 minutes, they said it will be reserved, till today nothing has been reversed, I had to leave with no food or my money.
My name is Nomakaya Mbuli Magxunyana. I am writing to you because I am so appalled by the poor service I got from Winston Sahds in East London. I purchased a lounge suite, 3 piece together with a coffee table, and they were worth R55000,and the purchase was done by April 2023. Upon realising that the coffee table was peeling, as if its not made out of oak,and also the small couch was making noise as if the springs are broken. I notified them. They came and painted the coffee table, however, the problem is back again, as for the couch, they never even bothered to look at it. I have been to their store several times, and I am being sent from pillar to post. I need your urgent assistance with regards to the above, because I am tired of wasting money and energy going to their store with no positive outcome. It's either they fix this problem or I get a refund.
