Unsatisfactory Car Purchase
I purchased a car cash recently (18/02/2021) at Wisdom Auto dealership in Johannesburg no38 Booysen street. Ever since that day I have not been happy with the service I have received because I stay in Polokwane and I cannot travel anytime soon to go there and enquire about a few things. I bought a 2017 Polo vivo that had 37000km on it at the time and it is a second hand car. I asked for the service book and they said they did not have it. I took the car and only a few days after it is signaling that it requires service, I tried to get in touch with the dealership and no one is answering my questions. with regards to the warranty of the car. I paid R108000 for the car and I am not getting my money's worth. The sales lady who assisted me (Meme) has since blocked me.

24 Feb 2021, 15:26I just got confirmation that the car does not have warranty on their side, I have not been answered about the service situation,,, if you are looking to buy a car just know there are people who take advantage of others just because I did not have all the information before hand since it was my first time buying a car.
