Wits University Blocking Graduation Despite Full Fee Payment – Unacceptable Service

My name is Nobuhle Ngwenya, student number ***, and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Wits University Health and Science Department. I paid my school fees in full in August, and I have no outstanding balance, yet I have been blocked from graduating. This is completely unacceptable and has caused severe stress for me and my family. We have tried calling multiple numbers ***, ***, ***) countless times, but no one answers. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional and damaging to the university’s reputation. Graduation is a critical milestone, and this delay is jeopardizing my future opportunities. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate further, including reporting to higher authorities and considering legal action. Desired Outcome:

Immediate clarification and removal of the graduation block. A formal apology for the inconvenience caused. Improved communication channels for students to avoid similar issues.
