My name is Nobuhle Ngwenya, student number 2563176, and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Wits University Health and Science Department. I paid my school fees in full in August, and I have no outstanding balance, yet I have been blocked from graduating. This is completely unacceptable and has caused severe stress for me and my family. We have tried calling multiple numbers (011 717 2061, 011 717 2451, 011 717 2029) countless times, but no one answers. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional and damaging to the university’s reputation. Graduation is a critical milestone, and this delay is jeopardizing my future opportunities. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate further, including reporting to higher authorities and considering legal action. Desired Outcome: Immediate clarification and removal of the graduation block. A formal apology for the inconvenience caused. Improved communication channels for students to avoid similar issues.
I app**** to PayFast weeks ago to enable payment processing for my e-commerce store. I submitted all the required documentation promptly and have followed every step of their onboarding process. Despite this, my account status remains “pending” with no updates or communication from their team. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails and messages, yet I’ve received no response or indication of progress. I chose PayFast based on their reputation, but this lack of support and transparency is deeply disappointing. I urge PayFast to review my application immediately and provide a clear resolution. Good hello Peter I would like to lodge a complaint about one of the consultant in a sales department, who ***** me in to joining consumer guard with false statements just to get a sale from me. Someone called last year explained how debt review works and sold the product to me but during the process I ask him several times that I am married in community of property and I ask him if this thing not going to affect my husband then the guy said no this is a single profile he is not going to be affected because he did not give a consent. Now 4 months late my husband is getting calls from banks that he is under debt review they can't assist him with anything and also standard bank is over charging us on our homeloan because consumer guard put under debt review. I tried calling them they not coming back to me the only respond was from there what's app chat were I was told that if I want to be removed from there database I must consult a lawyer but when I was joining thete no lawyer, from where will i get money to.pay lawyers if put me on debt review and it was there false statement fault on there side I asked them to remove my name from there database and my husband never gave any consent Please assist Regards Precious Ngwenya

Hello Peter I purchased groceries for about R120 at OK Oakdale Food in Bellville and they are refusing to give my groceries or refund back because their swapping machine was not working at time of purchase, I call capitec bank and on my statement it's shows money went through. I went back to them with the statement as proof of payment but they said they not going give the refund or money back I think they have certain people that they assist but some people they mistreat them can ask is you can assist

Good Day My name is Mmapenya Precious Ngwenya, I applied for maternity benefits in april the 19 I submitted all my documents as per request in april, I called the call center from the day I submitted my form and most of the agents informed me that nothing is outstanding, I kept on call there client services to make sure if everything which was required was submitted they told yes my applications is now pending and nothing is outstanding that was in May 2022. In July I called client services,again every week to remind them in August I wont be receiving an income from my employer which Aid for Aids management, not to forget to send me an sms with the dates stating when will get paid, they then told me that my applications is still pending, but nothing is outstanding I kept on getting in hold of them because I wanted make an arrangements with banks for my bond debt orders.so I can avoid penalties on bank high interest rates please assist me get my pay in this month August because the faulty is on they side they did not inform me about declarations which be done by my employer, and that month of which they must pay me they cant tell me about things that outstanding they had 4 months to do that. I applied for UIF maternity benefits online in April already and was informed that application is completed nothing is outstanding by most consultants and at this point I am stressing I need my monthly salary from TL promised to sorted out by Friday please help to follow up I need my salary for August and September because I depend on it to pay my bond and school etc. Looking forward for your assistance Regards Precious Ngwenya
