Terrible and disgusting service
Worst service ever!! No care at all about the negative impact they are causing for their client. How do you mess up a single order more than 3 times without taking any kind of responsibility worse of all close and go for holidays without delivering an order which is overdue because of stupid mistakes you made yourself? Thank goodness they were bought out but it's concerning what kind of stuff the amrod is inheriting. Their attitude has just left a terrible taste.

Useless branding department
I tried doing branding through them twice. The first time the order was a day late. The second time, they couldn't get the artwork right that I had already send to them multiple times. It took them a week to take the artwork that I send to them and place it on their sign off sheet correctly. After that I was promised the shirts would be ready the next day. When I got there the next day they haven't even started printing yet. The promised the next day. After being promised the next day for a week long they said it was ready. My client went to collect it and discovered that she didn't get the whole order. I've struggled to get someone to help me since 8o'clock this morning. It is 10:30 now and still no luck. I think their service is pathetic and would not recommend them to anyone
