It is so unfortunate that we have to write reviews here as customers to get attention or some engagement without being sent from pillar to post. After I complained on this platform instead of them giving me a clear explanation for what I was complaining about they decided to suspend my service with no channel available to communicate with them only because I said I will withhold payment (which I made by the way and still suspended though) until I get a clear and definite confirmation that the flag was removed as they were happy to collect out of contract charges while blocking me from upgrading or cancelling because of a stupid flag they are unable to explain how and why did it get to my account. It is really sad that after more than 15 years as a customer you get treated the way they did or maybe they feel too complacent
They decided to put a ***** alert flag on my account and they are sending me from pillar to post on removing it (even after going to the branch as per their instruction)or even cancelling my contract (which is over a year due for an upgrade). 0
I am not understanding why a company of this size would just have customer care line not working. This is really pathetic!! We are having problems here that needs attention of the insurance and one can't get hold of insurance why would one still need them
We took our child for the "right to good sight" offer which according to what is advertised is a free of charge offer, however we were forced to do a second pair of glasses for the same child at a cost of over R4000+ to be able to get the "free" glasses. This is just an advertising **** if this is how it works!!
Still waiting for an online order that I was notified will be delivered on the 26th November 2022 no communication nothing. I have made numerous calls to Makro which I wait no less than 10 - 15 minutes and get all sorts of escalation promises but till this moment there is nothing not even an email from the promised follow ups. On tracking the items they still show the exact spot they were in a week ago. This just terrible and pathetic service!!!!
Pathetic service!!! been waiting for an order that was meant to be delivered Saturday (according to them). They are not even responding to calls.
These guys have decided to disconnect me after 4 days of sending a notice, sad part their payment had been made the same day which obviously they had not captured at the time of disconnection however after I made them aware they forced me to pay reconnection fee which I did and for 24 hours later they have not reconnected and they telling me to be patient as they only realized today(when I called) that they didn't process the reconnection. But they were too quick to disconnect an account that was being paid every month just that it was underpaid for one month and they rushed to disconnect but don't care to reconnect at the same speed.
Worst service ever!! No care at all about the negative impact they are causing for their client. How do you mess up a single order more than 3 times without taking any kind of responsibility worse of all close and go for holidays without delivering an order which is overdue because of stupid mistakes you made yourself? Thank goodness they were bought out but it's concerning what kind of stuff the amrod is inheriting. Their attitude has just left a terrible taste.
