Can't Print A5

I went into this store, instead of the portent inside Gardens Centre, to get booklets printed. I was met by Gavin, the most unexcited and unhelpful man I have dealt with recently. Between long periods of silence, he was unable to work out how to print A5 word documents. He said that the person who had made them should have sent PDFs. I was unable to do his job for him so I left and have taken my business to Postnet, who are able to print 2 A5 documents on an A4 page and cut the page in half.
