Poor service and communication of inaccurate information.

<div>Poor communication and service. Upon renewal irrelevant information was communicated that could have cost me a lot of money if I would have blindly followed the "good advice". When I challenged them on it the broker took almost a month to get back to me and then on top of it gave notice than she will not be acting as my broker anymore. I reported the incident to the office manager and have not yert received a response from him or anyone from his office. It is 48 hours now.&nbsp;</div>
