Wolverine Shoes and Outdoor Warehouse - No after sales support

I bought a pair of Wolverine Multishox Boots from Outdoor Warehouse at a very high price. After 2 months the Shoelaces started to unravel. I went to Outdoor Warehouse to buy a new pair to have on standby. They did not have in stock and they took my phone number to call me when it arrived. After 1 x weeks I went back. No one knew about the laces, no one phoned me. This time the manager was called in. He also took my phone number. Another 2 x weeks later and still nothing from Outdoor Warehouse I went back, again. No Shoelaces for my Wolverine Shoes and a call was made to the supplier. The supplier informs the Outdoor Warehouse worker that they do not stock the Shoelaces. Now I have very expensive shoes and the Shoelaces are almost through. Please don't buy Wolverine shoes. You will need to buy a Pirate Part Shoelace when yours snapped. It is like buying an expensive car and cannot get spares for it.
