Bad experience
On 30 July 2024 I orderd shoes from them, they confirmed the order, payment was done. Until today no parcel received or any word from them after numerous emails was send. One email they said they will refund the money in 10 days, also nothing. The customer service is not good and you can't trust them

PRODUCT INCORRECT
please never use this online ordering, I ordered 2 pairs of boots to the cost of R2056.07 in January 05 2024. I went on the web site wolverinecapetown.com filled in my order, the next thing when paying with my card, it shows it is coming from China. today the 20th Febuary I received my parcel from the Post Office and had to pay R36.70for the parcel and what is in the parcel A PAIR OF RAY BAN SUNGLASSES. WHAT A *******!!!

I had a similar experience as others. I paid for a pair of Wolverine boots online just to find out that it is a **** website! It looks absolute legitimate but I lost my money and no boots, the contact email comes back with errors. Stay away!!! This is a ****.

I bought a pair of Wolverine Shoes online just to find out that it is a fake website! It looks absolute ligit but i lost all my money and no shoes. The tel no they give does not work and also the email comes back all the time. The bank account shows, after i made the payment, on my bank statement that the account holder is a A Knox. My bank is investinggating his account but can also not get hold of him!!!

I bought a pair of Wolverine Shoes online just to find out that it is a fake website! It looks absolute ligit but i lost all my money and no shoes. The tel no they give does not work and also the email comes back all the time. The bank account shows, after i made the payment, on my bank statement that the account holder is a A Knox. My bank is investinggating his account but can also not get hold of him!!!

Wolverine Shoes and Outdoor Warehouse - No after sales support
I bought a pair of Wolverine Multishox Boots from Outdoor Warehouse at a very high price. After 2 months the Shoelaces started to unravel. I went to Outdoor Warehouse to buy a new pair to have on standby. They did not have in stock and they took my phone number to call me when it arrived. After 1 x weeks I went back. No one knew about the laces, no one phoned me. This time the manager was called in. He also took my phone number. Another 2 x weeks later and still nothing from Outdoor Warehouse I went back, again. No Shoelaces for my Wolverine Shoes and a call was made to the supplier. The supplier informs the Outdoor Warehouse worker that they do not stock the Shoelaces. Now I have very expensive shoes and the Shoelaces are almost through. Please don't buy Wolverine shoes. You will need to buy a Pirate Part Shoelace when yours snapped. It is like buying an expensive car and cannot get spares for it.
