Struggling to sell today what's going on with the site ,no decent answers from support
Tried to get my passport sorted on line for 5 days now,unsuccsefully.Did my payment on line ,got the proof of payment ,but the system still has payment confirmation pending on it so i cannot book a spot.Phone the call centre spend 30min holding ,Trudy whom attempts to help cannot do anything and states a must go into home affiars with all pop and docs to sort it out.I asked why this happens and the answer was ,when the system is veery busy it happens.What a joke our systems are,what a waste of time
Bought tiles/adhesive and grout with other fittings last year from them(Italtile Sandton) for about R100 000,i am a builder ,had a issue with tiles delaminating on the walls of the bathroom.I think due to the adehesive not bonding correctly with the tiles which were slightly chalky to the feel.Have put in a compliant on the 3 July 2024 comunicated with Sandy compliants departement,the sandton branch so supposed to come out to site to have investigate ,have not heard from them at all.Communicated with Sandy 5 times now with nothing.If this is the way they deal with issues then i would actively not use them in future and recommend that clients rethink whom they buy tiles and fittings from!
Worst service in the banking industry,once again at the bank waiting at customer service ,should be disservice again to spend a hour here at least ,and we actually pay them what a joke
Their service is pathetic if you have problems i suggest go elsewhere
Booked in 1/9/23 ,first nite no hot water,3 busses of people came in after 2200 ,had a party until late with loud music .Second day no hot water again ,matric function,and a 21st birthday ,loud music until 0400. Last day whopee awake to hot water. So if you dont like hot water for bathing and love loud music when you are trying to sleep then this is your place,enjoy
Ordered a pair of shoes from them ,fake website ,do not use
I have had a problem now for about 36hrs with the internet service.There is no way to talk to anyone at Rain regarding any issues ,you can only submit a request for support which promise to deal with and come back to you within 24hrs ,iam still waiting 36hrs later. They have sorted the problem out as internet is back?Not sure if it is sorted permanently as i have had no communicate from they. I still want to be able to talk to someone if i have a problem or at least a quick response ,this company doesnt think thats needed. Their only response to me came from twitter ,from this platform they informed me there was a issue with their telcom towers and they are working on it. Very very bad service and total lack of communication from them.If that is important to you i would not use them
Absa does not know what service to its clients means ,they froze my business account due to 3rd year FICA renewal not being done.I was notified by sms that there was a problem ,which i ignored correctly as this is normally a phishing exercise.Without any other notice froze the account ,great service once again from ABSA
