Wow! What can I say. First encounter : The initial phone call. The lady argued with me that my 2019 Ford Figo 1.5 Ambiente does not exist, and that even her manager has not heard of the car. That immediately sent off red lights about the competentcy of the company. Later I received a whatsapp appologizing they thought I had a Fiesta. Hmm.... OKAY. On the actual meeting/viewing of the car, the lady was "late" meanwhile she was outside taking notes from the other salesperson from another company on how the car looks, the interior etc. The car had a minor fix due to road flood damage, where the representative exclaimed that it is massive damage and that is why the vehicle was resprayed on 2 areas and that I am not being honest. I have photos of the so called major damage, but anyway lets go with your theory. Afterwards I was not presented with an offer, after I requested one, the lady said I will beat your best written offer. Okay, cool but can you give me an indication atleast???? NOPE we women stick together I will beat your best quote, I already have an offer in mind. So I send the written offer only to hear, wow thats a good offer, we cant beat that, you should accept that. Why not specify an indication of an offer from the start and there by not wasting my time. Absolute joke really. Well ladies I wish you all the success in the world. But I suggest changing your business strategy. Get proper knowledge of cars, and do not make empty promises by we will beat any offer. Just some friendly advice, you know, so that us ladies can stick together. Have a good day :)

I'm so sorry to say but I would definitely not recommend them. Christelle was so disrespectful towards me, talking to me like I'm a child. First thing she said to me when she got my house was "hmmm hierdie was seker 'n emosionele kopie gewees?" when I said "excuse me what do you mean?", she just laughed at me and replied "ag moenie worry nie". Needless to say she offered me R110 000 for my car, said I wouldn't get a better offer and I better sell immediately. Price was way too low for me, a week later We buy cars offered me R140 000 and a week after that Renault bought my car for R160 000. I would seriously suggest you send your lady doing the buying on training how to treat your clients with respect and dignity.
