Poor Service and Unfair Penalty Fees I have been trying for weeks to get assistance from Telkom regarding my account. In January my debit order was returned, but I immediately made a manual payment to settle the account. Despite this, Telkom added a R210 penalty fee. In February Telkom attempted to debit my account for my normal R654 plus the R210 penalty, bringing the debit order to over R800. Because the amount was higher than usual, the debit order bounced and Telkom added another R210 penalty. When I finally reached a consultant named Sandile, his attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. After a long call he refused to assist and I had to request escalation to a manager. For years I paid my Telkom account manually without issues. I was later forced onto a debit order when I moved to Willow Acres Estate. I request that the penalty fees be reviewed and that I be allowed to return to manual payments.
Sean from The Heat Pump Specialist installed a brand new aircon for us. His installation was swiftly done, and all was well until we paid over his final amount. After the installation was done, we realized that this brand new aircon isn't working at all. We suspect that it's losing gas and pressure. We immediately notified Sean, and it's been weeks and weeks of empty promises from his side. He still hasn't come to fix it. For weeks, his been promising us that he will come, but every time, it's some sad story from his side as to why he didn't make it again to come and fix it. This is a brand new installation that has never worked. Please stay away from this company! You will lose your money.

I have placed an online order and paid on the 14th of April, the company promised shipping 5-7 days. It's the 2nd of May and I still haven't received any shipping confirmation email or communication from them. I am afraid that is a company that ****s people, takes your money but never sends you anything. BEWARE of them please!!
I've been with King Price insurance for years now and unfortunately had to claim for a few window replacements because of rocks that hit it. And last week had to claim for our dishwasher that broke because of a power surge. Everytime I had to claim, it was effortless and they respond to you so fast. Claims get processed effectively and speedily. Thanks for the great service King Price!
I've left a review on HelloPeter the 24th of January after struggling weeks and weeks to get my issue resolved, to which Payfast actually replied the following: "Hi there N'cita and thank you for reaching out to us. Kindly note that we have escalated this matter to our on boarding team for further review and a response via email can be expected between now and close of business tomorrow. Apologies for the delay once more. " So yes that was the 24th, today is the 30th and I still haven't received any email or phone call from them. My patience has run up. How long must one wait just for simple banking details to be changed, so that I can receive the money from my client's purchases?????????
I've changed our company's banking details in early December 2022, which online it states "Documents pending verification, this can take up to 3 working days." So the entire December, my banking details weren't changed and then in early January I contacted them via email and a Simnikiwe eventually answered me. Today is the 24th of January and the issue still hasn't been resolved. On every email they say please allow us 48 hours to resolve the issue. Now honestly how many 48 hours should I wait. The problem is, I have client that buys products on my website, and but I can't access my money. Payfast is just withholding my money from me!! This isn't right!! And using the excuse that we have a backlog, isn't sufficient or fair towards your clients.
I've been selling on TakeALot for a while now. But the last few months has been absolutely terrible. I've been struggling since Feb month to get some of my stock back. Every time The Courier guy gets there to collect my stock that has been booked to be collected on their booking portal, The Courier Guy gets send away because either my stock isn't there or it isn't ready to be collected. It's November month already and I am still struggling to get my stock back. They aren't releasing it to me. I am starting to think that they lost it and they aren't telling me the truth. I am done selling my products on TakeAlot, they give the worst service, and they either damage or loose your products. They have actually caused me to loose money instead of helping me to make money. DON'T SELL YOUR PRECIOUS PRODUCTS ON TAKEALOT!!
