FROM HERO TO ZERO
Our vehicle has been at Wonderboom Panelbeaters since 21 Feb. After phoning numerous times we were able to collect the vehicle on Friday afternoon. Some of the repairs were still not done and the car was dirty. Lady at reception said to return at 13:00 and when we went back after 14:00 we still had to wait. This morning we started cleaning the inside of the car and then saw dents that were still not repaired as well as paint lifting up!!! Wonderboom panelbeaters fixed damaged on my car last year as well and I was extremely satisfied with their work and craftsmanship. What's now going on there? I recently referred my daughter in law to Wonderboom and she is also unhappy with her car and the work done. After not having our vehicle for 5 weeks I expected it to be 100%, but it's not the case. My daughter in law and myself are very dissatisfied with the craftsmanship and overall level of service provided by Wonderboom Panelbeaters.

Please feel free to bring the vehicle back to us and we will try to assist with the paint issue, we have a warranty on paintwork that we did and will honor the warranty.
