Excellent job
Excellent job done on my vehicle with 12 months warranty on workmanship, parts warranty as per supplier stipulations and 3 years warranty on paint work. Mr Claude Faria was the man in charge. Also, the security guy, the assessor (Mr Phoku), the receptionists were all wonderful people. Mr. Claude Faria advised me to contact him any time should there any issues with my vehicle. Thank you.

Unimpressed customer
I took my car in for almost two weeks. When I fetch my car could not start and they jump start it. They said I must drive around and it will be fine. I drove for 2 hours without switching it off but when I switch it off it doesn't start again. Ruan said they didn't touch where the battery is but their cloth was right where the battery is. Now my car does not start. My car was in perfect shape when taken to Wonderboom with minor panel beating but now faced with a major problem. When I phone Ruan, he offers to give me a battery with a cheaper price. That kind of a battery doesn't die a natural death without a single sign. My car gives a sign of almost everything including the key battery but this one just died at the panel Beaters without a single sign.

I am happy with the customer care at Wonderboom panelbeaters.....they communicated well with me.....my car was fixed perfectly...... nothing was missing....and Conraad was the one handling everything......I fully recommend them

FROM HERO TO ZERO
Our vehicle has been at Wonderboom Panelbeaters since 21 Feb. After phoning numerous times we were able to collect the vehicle on Friday afternoon. Some of the repairs were still not done and the car was dirty. Lady at reception said to return at 13:00 and when we went back after 14:00 we still had to wait. This morning we started cleaning the inside of the car and then saw dents that were still not repaired as well as paint lifting up!!! Wonderboom panelbeaters fixed damaged on my car last year as well and I was extremely satisfied with their work and craftsmanship. What's now going on there? I recently referred my daughter in law to Wonderboom and she is also unhappy with her car and the work done. After not having our vehicle for 5 weeks I expected it to be 100%, but it's not the case. My daughter in law and myself are very dissatisfied with the craftsmanship and overall level of service provided by Wonderboom Panelbeaters.
