OVERCHARGED ACCOUNT
Since July my account is being overcharged and the consultants just keep telling me that it was an ******* subscription and they will refund me. Today Im told that lots of customers were affected and they dont know when they will refund. This is so frustrating because the next thing their bill will be above my salary and there is nothing they can do. I feel this is day light ******* from telkom. How come a subscriber bill on a fixed contract? I feel like they are trying to make money from customers. Who actually do the billing of our account at telkom?Can you please refund our money and stop this subscription ****.

Excellent Job
