I have been insured with KingPrice for almost 10 years. I never claimed even ones . Last year I made a claim when I had an accident. My car was booked in with the Panel beater that is not an Audi Approved. My car has ever since been in and out of the workshop. Each time I take it back to the panelbeaters it comes back with another thing(problem) that happened during the fixing. I complained to KingPrice through the telephone and email , and not even ones has KingPrice responded or send an assessor to check the validity of my complain. My car is not been fixed properly since September 2025. Now I was sent twice to a mechanic who can't figure out what is wrong with the sensors of the car but KingPrice is insisting I should take my car back to the Mechanic because they say the sensors are "expensive". This is unacceptable as I have been paying them each month and the worse thing they increased the premium rediculously. Worse ,the whole time my car is returned to the panelbeaters or Mechanic I use my petrol and time to do that. Last week I was promised that the matter will be escalated and KingPrice will contact me but this has not happened. Actually this is all I get when I get to complain to KingPrice.
Few years back I was offered a credit card at Nedbank. I went to collect it at the branch. When I got to the branch, I was as then offered a bank card of which I was told it has zero bank charges and I can use it whenever the need arises as I will not be charged on it. Late 2025 I received a message that I owe Nedbank R700+ on the card. I went to the branch of which I was told that you so the card of Zero charges did exist and on the previous year they started charging R5 and R7 in 2025. I was never informed of any policy changes on the card and even thought the card was closed as I have never used it. I tried to explayat the branch and none wanted to take responsibility. Now I am been handed over saying I should make arrangements to pay the money that I was never notified when it was first changed. I feel de*****ed as the card was opened on zero charges and when they decided to charge it I was never informed until late last year.
I took my car in for almost two weeks. When I fetch my car could not start and they jump start it. They said I must drive around and it will be fine. I drove for 2 hours without switching it off but when I switch it off it doesn't start again. Ruan said they didn't touch where the battery is but their cloth was right where the battery is. Now my car does not start. My car was in perfect shape when taken to Wonderboom with minor panel beating but now faced with a major problem. When I phone Ruan, he offers to give me a battery with a cheaper price. That kind of a battery doesn't die a natural death without a single sign. My car gives a sign of almost everything including the key battery but this one just died at the panel Beaters without a single sign.
Uber is a **** Uber has been debiting my account that was last used with them around 2023. Each month till July from April, they've taking R50 from my account without me noticing. The July they debited again R500. This is so disturbing that when you try to resolve it with their App nothing comes of it. Now the money debited without my concern is R700. I want my money back. Uber can't just enrich themselves by simply *****ing from innocent people. I want my money back.
I just realized recently that this Uber One has been taking R50 each month from my account. I tried to stop it without success. Today it took my R500 just after taking R50 on the 15th of this month. Can I kindly get my my money and also get an explanation as to what is this and who authorized it to take my money. This is fraut.
Pretor group is a real skem. I settled my account on the 16th January 2024 and they phoned me that I owe the interest fee for the Lawyers of 2021. We went back and forth about it as i was told that the Lawyer's fees is loaded onto our levies,meaning the interest is also charged there. When i asked how much is that i was told that the Body Corparate still going to decide on it,later they sent an email the the interest owed is R133. Then I received a February statement with 2 amounts of interest fees after settling the account. To my surprise today the 20th February 2024 I received a statement for March together with Lawyer's fees charged on the 19th January 2024 while the account was already settled or 3 days after the account is settled. Please advise me,does this make sense at all?
I was suspended in 2020 first week of December. I paid the same week and wrote to HPCSA an email asking about my penalties as i was not practicing that year and intending to fix my things to start practicing in 2021. Shocking enough there was no response until i went to their offices and i found none except security who gave me the F18 form and phone number. I filled the form and send it back to every HPCSA email i can come accross on my mails still explaining that i need to know my penalties. I phoned spoke to a lady who eventually dropped the phone on me. Early 2021 when i phoned, some lady eventually answered the call after so many attempts and she referred me to clients services where a lady tried her best to help. I was then left with Ramaano who couldn't help and referred me to Bertha Bochele whom sent me a big sum of money claiming i owe but after hearing my story she asked me to forward all the emails since 2020,which i did. Bertha then referred the matter to Mohamed Imran whom only responded by saying "please send F18 form" of which was attached to all emails forwarded to him i did send the F18 and he never got back to me. I kept on sending him (Mohamed) follow-up emails with no response from his side until i heard their offices are now back in operation. I then last week walked in and request for him. He then gave me another F18 form apologising that they have too much work hence he didn't get to respond to my emails but promised to get a quotation for restoration on my behalf. The next day he emailed me a quotation with a huge sum that i should pay which is since 2020.i disputed the mater with the reason that should they have responded on December 2020 with the penalties requested we wouldn't be in this position. I asked Mohamed to review the penalties and take responsibility for their bad service and review the matter because while trying to get panalties, i paid for 2021 to avoid been charged more. I told Mohamed that they have all this in records and should just do what's right by me as i need to start practicing. Till today no response Mohamed and the rest of HPCSA emails being copied. I need this matter resolved soonest so that i can start practicing.
I have canceled my policy with clientele and phoned them to check if the got my email and each time I phone they tell me someone sinior will call me back and send me the email for cancelation. No one has phoned me but I still keep on phoning them but they continue to debit my account each month. This is so wrong because even when I try to reverse the debit order it doesn't allow or even for the banks to stop it. I canceled my policy because I have been paying but each time I need their services, they do nothing. When they advertise they promise us to help in time of need but when that time comes they tell you that you must wait for 48hrs and thereafter they still do nothing. Please I need Clientele to reverse my money that they debited after my cancelation of their policy and STOP debiting my account.
I am using a compact and on a price lock and have been using compact since the day I installed my decorder. Since last month I have charged more than R562 of which when I phoned them they said it is due to changing payment dates and this month R549... I made the payment of R400 on the 20/06/2020 and phoned Multolichoice on Monday 22/06/2020 trying to find out about the extra money, I was put on hold for more than and hour three times and was never helped where I wanted to find out why are they adding an extra amount of R149. Now on the 25/06/2020 I received a message that my service is been switched off as I haven't made a payment. Now the amount I am apparently owing is increased to R200. May you advise where and how is this possible as we can reach you on the provided line. I am been put on hold for more than an hour everytime I mention my problem.
The service is very poor. I phoned Multichoice to change the date of payment and it wasn't changed. Last month May I paid R400 on the 16th as I am using compact but on the 19th my DSTV was switched off. When I phoned them I was put on hold for about 20 minutes and they told me I owe R162 because I am changing the payment date to add few days,i have paid the money the following day. Now I get that I have to pay R549, when I phoned the consultant just stopped talking after 12 minutes I was send back to the main menu. I would like to know that when you are on price lock why is the amount fluctuating each month. My Mother is also having the same problem. She has been charged +/-R500 for the past 3months. I can not be put on hold for so long and still not get assistance. Are we supposed to call Multichoice every month to be charged fairly?
