Unimpressed customer
I took my car in for almost two weeks. When I fetch my car could not start and they jump start it. They said I must drive around and it will be fine. I drove for 2 hours without switching it off but when I switch it off it doesn't start again. Ruan said they didn't touch where the battery is but their cloth was right where the battery is. Now my car does not start. My car was in perfect shape when taken to Wonderboom with minor panel beating but now faced with a major problem. When I phone Ruan, he offers to give me a battery with a cheaper price. That kind of a battery doesn't die a natural death without a single sign. My car gives a sign of almost everything including the key battery but this one just died at the panel Beaters without a single sign.

Our workshop only carried out repairs to the rear bumper of the customer’s vehicle. To ensure full transparency, we took the vehicle to Audi South Africa for independent inspection. Audi confirmed that the issues raised have no relation to our repair work. The reported problem involves the vehicle’s battery, which Audi found to be the original, factory-fitted unit purchased with the car. Vehicle batteries have an average lifespan of approximately two years and their deterioration is a normal wear-and-tear matter. This has no connection to collision repairs or panel work. We run an honest, accredited business and pride ourselves on the quality of our service. For this reason, we find the allegations made in this review to be both inaccurate and unfair. Posting such claims on a public platform without factual evidence is damaging and misleading. We respectfully request that this review be removed from HelloPeter as it is inaccurate and dishonest.
