Customer Service is Great - Back to Basics!

Have to say that dealing with Woodheads is refreshing, to say the least. They do give great customer service. They get the basics right. They communicate regularly and if they have a delay in response they apologize and update me immediately.

When I phone them, the phone gets answered immediately, politely and the person on the other side speaks clear and professionally.

I've worked with Marijke, Veronique, and Natheerah - all of them - well done, and thank you! I have a very positive feeling about our relationship.
