To All,
I have been a loyal Clicks customer for over 5-7years and I have never complained about the service they offer (still not complaining) or the products rather recruit my family and friends to become loyal customers as well.

Yesterday at Clicks a young lady was unfairly dismissed, I am writing this not because I think it's my place to correct and judge but it's about time young girls, ladies and women get given a chance to do mistakes and grow out of them.

Kagiso (victim) collected money from shoprite money market sent to her by her dad, turns out the R100 was counterfeit money, QUESTION NUMBER 1, HOW COME SHOPRITE DIDN'T NOTICE IT?
She went to Pick n Pay to buy food and that's where the money was spotted (I am not saying Pick n Pay is better than shoprite and we all know which one has the best meat amongst the 2 even if the one that sells better meat has a chicken tray at the value of R19,99 but sold at R32 even after customers complain and can prove it) and she took the money and returned back to Clicks.
When she got to Clicks she exchange the fake R100 note at her till.

Few minutes later the Pick n Pay manager came to Clicks and she sow the manager she went to him as he was talking to her manager and tried explaining herself, without them knowing she made them aware she's exchanged the notes at her till at work (Clicks).
She was corned and told to confess by 3 male managers and 1 elder woman who's a cashier from Pick n Pay that called her a liar and said "they have years in experience dealing with such situations and she should come clean" I honestly didn't know being a retail manager qualifies you to make a ruling and say someone is guilty and is a thief,(wondering who pays them for that!) don't they have children that do mistakes and as parents they don't terrify them but teach them, il make an exception it's not at home that's why no sympathy was shared but as a manager, leader and mentor how do u lack professionalism to a point were you can't even get your basics right i.e communication s****s.

The day before she was at Pick n Pay with a R100 note and bought at the same till she bought the next day when the fake R100 note was spotted (coincidence). She was told to fetch the fake from the till and the one she took from the till because the day before she was at Pick n Pay, they felt it's noble of them to make her pay another R100 in total adds up to R300 because they were unsure if she has paid with a fake note or not the day before. (How about making her pay for all the other days she bought lunch from Pick n Pay since she started working at Clicks). As for the cashier at Pick n Pay she should also be called thief because this could be more than a coincidence that if 3 managers that are now law officers say Kagiso is guilty.
My problem is how they handle the situation even told her to resign, forgetting no one is above the law of this country and now that she has resigned and this country already has a lot of youth unemployed they should be proud of themselves. She was also told before she can go to ccma she should go to the police station.
Is this how Clicks treats young woman who are the future of our country and yet wants to value their customers... "Charity surely begins at home".
