This company gave people my numbers to call me after I told them I don’t want to use their services and their agents are calling me harassing me without zero level of professionalism. Telling me they want money. They make their money from people who know nothing about them and their services. I got an sms with an number 0872377010
The consult was a black female and she was on point. I am sorry I forgot her name but when I was asking questions she understood what I meant, I made a mistake of thinking my monthly premium reduces kgante it’s my monthly access fee and she spotted that and corrected me as well as providing me with my current access fee. Well done lady!

There worst bank ever, I don’t bank with them and advise people banking with this bank to leave them. Their collections department is a mess there’s something of mine they financing and don’t even understand their own systems, they once did double deductions on different dates now they want me to confirm which date is correct. Before this I was received promo and marketing emails them and I didn’t sign up for that! The security questions are not meant to protect the customer when answering around people or if the customers phone is tapped. I can’t wait to finish paying them.

There’s a girl who called me called Boitumelo who has zero telephone etiquettes and manners! She’s very rude, how did this company get my numbers? because after the POPIA law I didn’t give them consent from me! This company is invaliding my privacy along with Miway. The girl said they are calling on behalf of MiWay and dropped the call when I said I didn’t give them consent. It’s not the first time these rude people call me and they act up when asked questions, what makes you think I’ll want to listen to someone who can even introduce themselves properly an greet? Stop calling me!!!! Nxl!
Hey, the gym was closed during locked down and only opened when it was level 1. I’d like to applaud them of their co-operation and how they had online classes as well as allowing members who are not ready for gym to continue with the freeze of their membership. It’s has been hard for us all and I can imagine what their stuff members are going through. Big up Virgin Active, I’m a member of the Tramshed branch in Pretoria.
