Woodoc Service
I wanted some advice on a woodoc product and received a reply from the MD. The reply was quick and technically excellent. Thank you! I have always only used Woodoc products and after this excellent service I will always use their product

Woodoc Deep Penetrating Furniture Wax
A small community church in Limpopo uses Oak wood bunks more than 100 years old the wood are very dry and under nouriched. Using Woodoc furniture wax with very good results on my own in the past it will be used for these bunks aswell, Mr Frikkie Greeff manager at Woodoc after learning from this case kindley donated the 10L Woodoc Deep Penetrating Furniture Wax thank you Mr Greeff for your kind donation I know this product and it will restore and nourich the wood for many years to come.

Woodoc South Africa, Great products and Great Service.
I had a problem with selecting the right varnish to seal a guitar which I refurbished. What I was looking for was a varnish that does not dampen the sound as soft varnishes tend to do that. I wanted a varnish that would be hard like glass which will ensure that the brilliancy of the guitar notes do not get lost. I searched Woodoc South Africa Web-site but could not really see what I was looking for and logged a question there. It was not five minutes later, my phone rang and it was Woodoc on the line. We got my problem sorted out and the guitar looked stunning afterwards and the sound was great. That is Customer Service 1000. Thanks Woodoc. Your service and products are great. I will recommend it to anyone.

Woodoc Products Great Service

The first was when I sent an email query just after Christmas day (Mmmm lets see if I will even receive a reply was my thought) Two hours later I received a detailed response on a Sunday from their M.D. Mr. Greef.<br> <br> Today, just before 17:00 hrs I sent an email with another query, two minutes later (just before closing time) I received a phone call from a lady from Woodoc and she was efficiently able to resolve my problem.<br> <br> A great service from a company that sell a great product , what more can we ask for and how many other companies could learn from Woodocs approach to customers.
