Woodoc Products Great Service

This is the second time in two months that I have received excellent service from this company. The first was when I sent an email query just after Christmas day (Mmmm lets see if I will even receive a reply was my thought) Two hours later I received a detailed response on a Sunday from their M.D. Mr. Greef.<br> <br> Today, just before 17:00 hrs I sent an email with another query, two minutes later (just before closing time) I received a phone call from a lady from Woodoc and she was efficiently able to resolve my problem.<br> <br> A great service from a company that sell a great product , what more can we ask for and how many other companies could learn from Woodocs approach to customers.
