So I bought a iron from woolies at pavilion store.... Phillips..... was about R600.... in December. In Feb this year the iron gave up. Just stopped working. I didn't keep the box but had my slip. I went to the store and reported that the iron has stopped working and I only have my till slip to as proof of purchase as i thought having proof of purchase was enough. I did explain to the manager that I do not have the box he said unfortunately the cannot do anything for me and refused to to assist without the box. I mean R600 is alot of money.... he refused to refund me. Very disappointed in woolworths.....
