While I am satisfied with the products, product offerings and customer service provided by Wootware, I am extremely disappointed with their recruitment process. I am looking to make a change in my career because there is no more growth at the company where I am. I've always been interested in working at Wootware to learn about computers and computer parts.
I app**** for two posts at Wootware. Their confirmation emails after submitting applications states two business days to find out if you move on to an interview or not. I waited longer than the two days stipulated and when I finally got the rejection letters, I requested additional information as to what I can do to improve so that I can try again when more opportunities become available with the company. Now I have been completely shafted ( ghosted). Wootware don't drop the ball now. You guys do so well with customer service but your recruitment department is letting you down.
