This has to be worst company I've ever worked for in my life. It was an absolute horrible experience!!! I will never ever work there again. They are not claimed here on Hello Peter because they can't face the truth.

Unfair and ******** deductions. Non communication. Withholding ******** wage deductions for years. Expensive transportation (they profit heavily from transport). Prejudice, by helping and solving other wage disputes except mine. Broken payslips with no pay shown. Working 2 days for an entire month. Working zero days for several weeks while others work, because they forgot about you and ignore messages. Work a shift, then booked and expected to sleep less than 3 hours to work a different back to back shift. Made to work 30 plus days in a row and then ask for a day off on a holiday. Then you don't work for almost week week, because your team leader is spiteful. You are told to come in to work, then sent home, because there are too many people.

My son Setu Nkombi was working as a contractor and he stopped in November. He's been waiting for his UI19 to claim his UIF, up until now. I spoke to the lady called Melanie at one of Cape Town offices with number 0215566510, in May, she keeps on promising with a different story all the time, up until now nothing. Just imagine someone sitting at home with no work thinking his UIF will help him but nothing. Hope this review will help Setu to get his dues, if not I will escalate further

Hi I went for a meet and greet before asked for volunteers to help out at another nearby located company for the remainder of the day. Which was 7 March 2025 already. Payment for mentioned day was supposed to be done 20 March 2025 already. On the day of 19 March 2025 I still called in to check if all documents are in order to avoid any issues that might arise to delay payment process and guess what? Leonard told me everything's in order and to expect payment 20 March anytime between 15:00 - 18:00. I've been calling after him ever since that day. He doesn't pick up my calls and when he picked the one time he said there was 1 document needed which was my copy of ID, which I found weird bcoz it was attached to my cv. Then told me to expect payment that week following coz he can only deal with it Monday when back at office. Since then I've been calling him and left numerous messages on whatsapp. Even when he just posted jobs I would immediately message or call but ignores the hell out of it. How can a group like that play around with unemployed peoples money like that? I borrowed from people to get there that day and had to borrow a few times to call and buy data to message and so forth. Only not to get any answers or payment up until now. Spoke to a lady as well where she told me to go to the office rather but the expense to go there doesn't make sense as it's probably equally the same the money they're supposed to pay up already. What to do? This is unfair and what they're doing isn't right

The issue is the rate of of the employee of workforce at Coca in Port Elizabeth, there's no increment since 2020 till now 2025 , now my question is, is in the law of South Africa to use people like that? Yes we need the job but what about the icrement, and they must back pay us for those years
