This has to be worst company I've ever worked for in my life. It was an absolute horrible experience!!! I will never ever work there again. They are not claimed here on Hello Peter because they can't face the truth.
I paid up a loan via FNB's associated debt collectors GL Attorneys, I have been asking for the paid up letter from both companies with no response, my credit profile is not updated even though the loan has been repaid in full. I am not too pleased at all.
What a wonderful institution to deal with. I would like to say bravo to you guys over there for great service, dealing with you is like a breath of fresh air, your stuff is skilled in customer service and I wish others could learn from you, your turn around times are amazing keep up the good work!!
The most horrible Bank ever Tyme Bank is the worst bank ever, I have account with Tyme bank, last month my account was blocked because someone reported that I received an amount of R117.00 *****ulently which is not even true. This bank blocked my account just like that without any notification not even an SMS saying that there is suspicious activity reported concerning my account the only time I found out is when I couldn't login into internet banking and later called them. I spoke to Buhle from their *****s division and explained my story to her, yes I was frustrated when I spoke to her and instead of remaining calm and hear me out she complained that I was speaking over her, that call went south quickly. Their customer services personnel is not properly trained, I will never advise anyone to join this bank, it's just a big joke.
My digital service has been locked due to unpaid fees. Did I make a mistake in opening an account with this bank??? What sort of rubbish is this?? And now they tell me into go a branch to get this sorted out!!!!!
If there were negative stars i would give you 5 of the lot. I went to your Vryheid branch today, I waited in the queue for about 45 minutes outside in scorching sun, one of your customer attendants finally came out asking the usual questions like what are we here for and all that jive, anyway finally my turn came and I nicely informed the lady that I had come to open an account, sure enough she wanted to have a look at my ID which I gladly provided her with, she looked at it and told me that she is not sure whether her boss would allow me to get an account with my ID book, well to cut the story short I was not allowed to open an account reason being that my ID book had "bubbles" on the picture?? I mean what the actual F#@! ??? what does that even mean?? don't you guys have finger
I joined Standard Bank a few years ago, since joining this bank I have received nothing but pure and sheer excellence in customer service. Thank you Standard Bank and keep up the good work!!
