Pathetic Service by World Remit

Transfer delayed and the *********** live agents give conflicting reasons. World Remit became such an unreliable transfer platform and to reach the customer care line is impossible.

Pathetic service, never had an issue with MoneyGram or Western Union.

I mailed the complaints e-mail several times but NO response.
