I ordered and paid for a display shelves, but never received it and they are not paying my money back!! They don't answer my messages anymore and blocked my number!! Extremely disappointed as Ricky Cloete promised me that they are legit!!!

WRG Suppliers ( Gerhard Cloete and wife ) Absolutely not worth it. Worst customer experience ever. Found their advert on Facebook market place. They got the size of the item (a chest) wrong. They didn’t deliver when agreed, nor did they deliver what was agreed. Many ridiculous excuses were given. They initially insisted on a 60% deposit for materials, then just before delivery insisted on full payment or they wouldn’t deliver. Excuses of cash flow problems. A clear red flag. Delivery was continually delayed. When they finally delivered the item, it was the incorrect size and not as agreed. They kept saying they would replace it the following week and when I followed up because I didn’t hear anything they blocked all WhatsApp’s and FB messages. They refused to give me a refund which I requested after the horrible customer service and unprofessional emails and calls from them. Very poor business practice and conduct. After many excuses about delivery and blaming the delivery company they said nothing and hung up on calls. We have not yet received the correct product that we fully paid for. Not worth the item or the hassle of dealing with such unprofessional and dishonest individuals.

Worst place ever to ask for made-by-order wood furniture. Advertised as Ricky Cloete or know as WRG suppliers. They asked for a deposit and then subsequently did not make what I have discussed with them. When asked about it, I was expected to bay the balance to fix the issue. They did not make a double base wooden bed frame according to what I asked of them, even though they promised they can. I had to pay a deposit under the impression they know what they are making. However, I had to pay to have a double base delivered that was 8 cm too short. It was 180cm long and not the standard 188cm. So, my brand new mattress was off of the edge. Then I got told that it’s my fault for not specifying what length I wanted for a double base. In South Africa, a standard double base length is 188cm and an extra length is 200cm. I asked for a normal double base. If you ask someone if they can make a double base and they don't ask questions and reply “yes we can make that”, it’s common sense to assume the business knows what they are doing. The leg of the base also got loose and close to falling off just by moving the base a little bit. They then told me I would have to pay to return the base. At first they wanted me to pay them to fix their mistake. I refused and I didn't want to pay again to deliver it back to them as it was their fault. However, I had it returned even after many rude messages on my cost. They promised to fix the base and send it back to me at their cost. Then they organised with a company to return it. They made it clear in a very rude way that they did not like me asking the driver what day and time he was coming. My work requires me to give live online classes and I cannot leave the class to attend to other matters. I informed them what times I would NOT be available (3 hours out of a whole day), so they can inform the driver as I am not allowed to contact him according to them. They then informed me a week later that they would be delivering “now”. I originally wanted to contact the driver to let them know what times I would not be available and where my house is. But Ricky Cloete insisted that I am not allowed to speak to the driver. Subsequently, when they informed me that they were delivering “now”, it was in the pouring rain not long before I had to be in my class. I told them where to leave it and I sent photos as I will not be able to get it while in class. I got a voice note while in class that they would be leaving it in the driveway in the rain outside the wrong house number, as well as a message that they have done what they needed to etc. To top things off, I now have a base that is not fully varnished and soaking wet from the rain, which will probably rot. They had one and a half weeks to varnish it. Three of the legs along the middle of the base don’t touch the ground and there are pieces chipped off all over the base. Overall, a very bad experience and the wrong way to do business. Bad quality and rude messages. This is awful service from the employees at WRG suppliers.
