Wrong item sent and no eta oncorrect item needed for my baby
I ordered nasal aspirator for my baby who is currently battleing with his nose. I ordered extra stuff to allow for next day delivery and I still had to pay for next day delivery. All the other stuff arrives but instead of nasal aspirator I get sent spirulina powder. I then call the same time complain and ask for the aspirators. All they say they can do is fine a return in two days time and then I have to wait for the correct product to be sent they can't tell me a estimate time of delivery. So in other words it was useless even buying the product to begin with and my baby has to suffer.

Sudden deactivation and false accusations
They were great and paying until suddenly I was taken off all jobs and my account was deactivated. They **** about me and said I did something which I truthfully don't even know how to do and when I responded to ask for proof they rep**** with a automated response saying the decision is final and when asking again they just said to keep the platform secure and fair they cannot provide me with proof and that the decision is final and that there will be no more discussion about it. It is not fair that I get fired for something I didn't even do and to top it off all the false accusations being told about me and not being backed up. So I would warn you before working for them as they will suddenly close ur accounts and then make up a story about why and then not give you proof.

Still awaiting a promised refund
Hi I brought my phone with a badly cracked screen in, last year September to be replaced and the phone was there for a long while and the screen was not repaired correctly and wasn't a original as quoted and paid R2200 as well as the side panel and buttons being replaced with plastic ones not the original metal and not even the same color. I had to move back to Gauteng and was told to mail the phone back which it did and weeks later after being promised the phone works it was sent to George because I was getting married. Yet still the same issue and phone is faulty and doesn't work. I contacted you guys to give me a refund and you wanted the screen in return and I explained I cannot send the phone back as I am leaving for overseas as explained weeks/months prior and that I am certain the old cracked screen can not go back on as it was kaput. I was promised a refund would take place within a month. Yet nothing ever came and now you blocked me. Soy question is where is the long awaited refund?

Bad service and experience
Worst place ever to ask for made-by-order wood furniture. Advertised as Ricky Cloete or know as WRG suppliers. They asked for a deposit and then subsequently did not make what I have discussed with them. When asked about it, I was expected to bay the balance to fix the issue. They did not make a double base wooden bed frame according to what I asked of them, even though they promised they can. I had to pay a deposit under the impression they know what they are making. However, I had to pay to have a double base delivered that was 8 cm too short. It was 180cm long and not the standard 188cm. So, my brand new mattress was off of the edge. Then I got told that it’s my fault for not specifying what length I wanted for a double base. In South Africa, a standard double base length is 188cm and an extra length is 200cm. I asked for a normal double base. If you ask someone if they can make a double base and they don't ask questions and reply “yes we can make that”, it’s common sense to assume the business knows what they are doing. The leg of the base also got loose and close to falling off just by moving the base a little bit. They then told me I would have to pay to return the base. At first they wanted me to pay them to fix their mistake. I refused and I didn't want to pay again to deliver it back to them as it was their fault. However, I had it returned even after many rude messages on my cost. They promised to fix the base and send it back to me at their cost. Then they organised with a company to return it. They made it clear in a very rude way that they did not like me asking the driver what day and time he was coming. My work requires me to give live online classes and I cannot leave the class to attend to other matters. I informed them what times I would NOT be available (3 hours out of a whole day), so they can inform the driver as I am not allowed to contact him according to them. They then informed me a week later that they would be delivering “now”. I originally wanted to contact the driver to let them know what times I would not be available and where my house is. But Ricky Cloete insisted that I am not allowed to speak to the driver. Subsequently, when they informed me that they were delivering “now”, it was in the pouring rain not long before I had to be in my class. I told them where to leave it and I sent photos as I will not be able to get it while in class. I got a voice note while in class that they would be leaving it in the driveway in the rain outside the wrong house number, as well as a message that they have done what they needed to etc. To top things off, I now have a base that is not fully varnished and soaking wet from the rain, which will probably rot. They had one and a half weeks to varnish it. Three of the legs along the middle of the base don’t touch the ground and there are pieces chipped off all over the base. Overall, a very bad experience and the wrong way to do business. Bad quality and rude messages. This is awful service from the employees at WRG suppliers.

Most terrible bed shop ever
The most terrible place to buy from ever. Do not waste your money and rether go to a actual bed shop and spend more. I went to The mattress People opposite East Rand mall. The guy Khumbulani is a lier and he will say absoulelty anything to sell a bed. He sold me two rubbish strandfoam mattresses of their own brand. He said they can carry 140kg each. Then I even asked him again. My mother was there and she too asked. We went window shopping at other places and we came across better brands but I had found the ones at the Matress people comfortable. Sadly we went back and again we asked is he sure it can carry 140kg. He said yes absoultely. I asked if there was any guarantee and he said a 8 year guarantee. So if it sinks in to call in. Well ya after about a mo th it already started to sink in. and spent R3200 for 2 single rubbish mattresses. I now sit with severe back pain. I have back pain, the whe reason I asked and like come on I weight 95kg at that time that's why I was asking. I have tried calling them and emailed numerous times. The only response I got was a call from Khumbulani telling me that I am lier and he would never have said that as the matress can only carry 70kg. Like come on I was not even alone. Yet he laughed and was as rude as ever and said there is nothing he can do about it. I said I would take it to head office and he laughed and said then do it. So I did yet no one gets back to me. I was promised someone would call me and they never did. So now I have to go spend more money to buy mattresses that won't hurt my back. Don't ever buy from them. They lie. They don't get back. They don't care. I have been trying now for 4 months with no response.
