Wum drop is a useless courier company

I am writing to express my ongoing frustrations regarding the WumDrop courier service assigned to collect my orders for Makro.

Last year, I encountered significant issues when WumDrop failed to collect orders, resulting in cancellations by Makro. Unfortunately, today’s experience has mirrored that past frustration. WumDrop was scheduled to collect my order today, but they did not arrive. Their website indicates that they came to collect the order, which is false, as the order was ready and available for pickup.

This situation is causing me to incur financial losses, and despite my previous complaints with Makro, I feel as though no action has been taken.
