THIS IS FOR MAKRO MARKETPLACE: I am writing to express my ongoing frustration regarding the issues I have been experiencing with WumDrop courier services for my orders. As a Makro seller, I rely heavily on timely collections to maintain my business operations. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have faced problems with WumDrop. Last year, several orders that were meant to be collected went unattended, resulting in cancellations from Makro. More recently, today’s scheduled collection did not occur, even though their website states that they arrived and the order was not available. This is simply not true, and the discrepancies are causing me significant financial loss. Despite numerous complaints to Makro about WumDrop, it seems that no effective action has been taken to resolve these issues. I am increasingly concerned about the lack of support and resolution regarding this courier service.

WumDrop was scheduled to collect my order today, but they did not arrive. Their website indicates that they came to collect the order, which is false, as the order was ready and available for pickup. This situation is causing me to incur financial losses, and despite my previous complaints with Makro, I feel as though no action has been taken.
I have insurance with Huawei Care underwritten by Guardrisk. I am writing to express my concern regarding the status of my claim for the lost phone, which I submitted on the 29th of December 2025. Despite submitting all the required documents, I have been following up almost daily and have been informed that you are still awaiting feedback from Guard Risk. It has now been almost three weeks since I submitted my claim, and I am quite disappointed with the lack of progress. As a loyal customer who consistently ensures that premiums are paid on time, I expect a more timely response to claims.
I am so tired of their calls from this number 0660602732, they call me every day not once,not twice. I told them that I am not interested, but they keep on calling. They irritating. I would for them to remove my number from their system.
I bought theBrazilian middle part wave. Your hair is fake. I wore it once but I looks month old now and the hat that you used to make the wig is small very tight.
Their food is not up to standard. This morning i bought the Plain Scone. It was not fresh; it was hard and inside it was even brown in color, and I couldn't eat it. They dont even deserve a star for ratings.
I sent a review for 1life a few months ago. I was complaining about their calls ,SMS and emails. These people they call me every day, not once. Sometime I receive calls from 3 different people per day. I told them that I am not interested in their product. I even asked them to remove my details on their system but still they contacted me. I feel like their are violating my privacy by sharing my information with other people without my consent. please help to get these people not to contact me again.
i think 1life is harassing me now. Everyday they call me not once but 3 or 4 times to reinstate the policy that I took and cancelled it. I have told their people that I am no longer interested and asked them to remove my details from their system and not call me again. but after a few minutes a different person will call me again saying the same thing. I am tired now and they a violating my privacy now.
