I ordered labels from Wunderlabel last month and i had to follow up on when my delivery would be considered i am not always home.Fine the estimated date of delivery was 14th i emailed and was told theres an influx of orders etc and couldn’t guarantee delivery 14th.Okay cool,they send an email on the 15th that order was dispatched.Mind you i have an emergency for these labels and 16th is a public holiday into the weekend.This morning the status of my package has not at all changed,still at the depot and I call the courier company and someone so rude just transfers me to customer service and I am on hold for a good 10 minutes.I call Wunderlabel whose phone doesn’t go through,i email no response so they can follow up with this in despicable courier company and still nothing….. This happened before and my package was stuck at the depot for a good week until they lost my parcel!!! Lets wait and see if this one eventually arrives!
