FitFlop - Eager for money, not eager to deliver the product or engage with customers. Possible scam?

Fitflop shoes ordered via their website https://fitflop.co.za/ and paid via PayPal. Order number 44b638-494. Payment according to PayPal went to one "Gino Berardi" and not FitFlop SA. Screen grabs of all transactions available on request. Order not delivered, several messages on their website under their "contact us" tab not answered to date, their support number on their website +27860994091 doesn't even ring it immediately disconnects. We paid R1875 for a pair of shoes that did not materialize and we want the product or the money back.
