I bought a sandal in December of 2025. The sandal was to big and I requested a return and refund from Fitflop. A courier came to collect the shoes on 23 December. I told the courier that I don’t have the original packaging and he said it’s fine he will label and package the box. I was waiting on my refund and emailed Intobrandso line the beginning of January only to hear they never received the shoes but instead a package with some sort of bag handles. They emailed me back to say the courier company will investigate. It has been weeks and I am not happy as this is due to no fault on my side. This is really leaving a bitter taste. Please speed up to solve this problem as soon as possible.
