I'm updating my previous review. I have now been waiting over three months for the refund promised to me twice by Tanya Beifus. Emails go unanswered. The WhatsApp contact has blocked my number.
Tanya first asked for proof that I'd paid them. Check. Done. Then she said she can't make a refund to a US bank account. Very strange as Clearance Central accomplished that feat when they could not get a document for me. I provided my daughter's South African bank account details. I've followed up four times, never more than once a week. There is only dead air.
