Replacement when pen was received cracked/damaged

I have ordered multiple times already and the response has always been superb. This time one of the pens was cracked and even from day 1 it behaved differently when injecting, I noticed a crack and contacted Juiceheads, they replaced the item, and I received the replacement pen within 3 days.
