The service has gone downhill and overstates its own importance. There is no reason for offerzen to be privy to internal communications between companies and their employees . Offerzen does not have some special requirement to supercede privacy laws to acquire information that can and should be withheld.
It took them years to recognize data as a viable field to add to their platform because they are slow to adapt and stay current, I believe its clear from this slow evolution culture that they are still immature in data privacy and privacy laws in general which is appauling as a placement agency.
Communicating that you are not willing to expose private conversations brings their service to a standstill because they have made no effort to ensure they are a legitimate business and have other avenues forward should you opt out of having your rights trampled.
Most people don't even think about these issues which is why I take a hard stance against predatory systems like these that assume they can do what they want
