Offerzen while an interesting idea lie to potential individuals about rejection reasons, I can confirm this based on data I have on their site, and the supposed reasons for rejection. I would recommend any platform over them as they are 100% an ************* platform.

I've used Offerzen since it started, my second job in the industry was through them & I recall thinking how amazing it was, to have a talent advisor, to have companies apply to you, it was a model that was unique & truly special. I quickly became an evangelist for OZ & took them into each company I moved into, every time I needed to hire or needed an escape from a bad job, OZ was there for me...it was amazing, almost too good to be true had I not seen it work myself...turns out it wasn't too good to be true, it was too good to last - and heres where it all goes down hill - I'll also mention that I know the economy is in a downturn but USP is USP and if you sacrifice it you will go under even faster...nowadays, offerzen is glorified Pnet even going as far as having open job boards (a sign of the business trying to find a new passive model with less overhead), the talent advisors that cared are gone, Ive seen 3 of them leave due to the company changing their outlook on talent. Liba, my agent never even reached out in the week they had to say hey, support request sit read & never rep**** to, the application is losing all its big name employers, as an employer, they only really move around revenue, not talent & honestly while OZ was once the keepers of some of the best local talent around, its now become a marketplace of mundane CVs and people that will never get hired on what was looked at as an A-performer platform, it gave us all assured employees that we knew could do the job, now we are lucky to find a top candidate on their site. So after using them since they started, at 5 companies as an employer and as an job seeker to get those 5 roles, I can look back & say thank you Offerzen for jumpstarting so much of my career, Im so saddened that you'll no longer be that platform for others but if you ever want to fix it let me know & Im there, it's a product & offering with SO much potential tied up behind leadership that needs to dream bigger & take a risk on something that will actually move the needle back into the green, because OZ right now you guys are in the red, on track to become just another job board, moving further & further away from the Otta model that you should be looking at.

The service has gone downhill and overstates its own importance. There is no reason for offerzen to be privy to internal communications between companies and their employees . Offerzen does not have some special requirement to supercede privacy laws to acquire information that can and should be withheld. It took them years to recognize data as a viable field to add to their platform because they are slow to adapt and stay current, I believe its clear from this slow evolution culture that they are still immature in data privacy and privacy laws in general which is appauling as a placement agency. Communicating that you are not willing to expose private conversations brings their service to a standstill because they have made no effort to ensure they are a legitimate business and have other avenues forward should you opt out of having your rights trampled. Most people don't even think about these issues which is why I take a hard stance against predatory systems like these that assume they can do what they want

OfferZen seems to be a fake service. One gets inundated by adds on platforms like LinkedIn purporting to be the wonder service that will find the perfect job for you. I have had a profile on their website for more than a year now and I have never been contacted by an agent let alone have any job offers. I have been in my field of work for 25 years, it's not like there are no positions available for my line of work. I have had countless offers from other agencies. Rather look elsewhere you will be wasting your time here.

Offerzen use to be great, you fill in your profile and get offers. Now you are time-sliced according to demand so if you are not in a popular job I suggest you use another agency. 4 weeks on and 2 weeks of is a stupid idea. My previous emploeyer appointed a dev through an agency since he was in "cool-off" at offerzen.

My talent advisor was incredible. The OfferZen process works extremely well. I will never go back to old school style recruiters as a software developer. Got two job offers from two amazing companies within a few weeks. Truly outstanding experience.
