Solid service which could be made awesome
I have banked with them for a long time. Solid and reliable service in general, but they would do well to pay closer attention to a few things: Savings account offers could be simplified and in general improved. For example PureSave is really very poor value for money for customers considering the much better savings products out there. Alot of the interaction and admin with the bank still requires going into a branch and standing in a queue - I am looking forward to the adoption of more tech to allow for remotely creating accounts, etc.. #BlackFriday

Great food at a great price
Great food at a great price. What more can I say! Only thing is that sometimes their specials are not very special - when avos are going for R10 a pop and the special is 5 for R50...hmm not an amazing deal...#justsaying #BlackFriday

Good intentions but could be simpler
I really like the incentive to be active and live healthy however they should try and make the process of activating everything simpler and where possible more automated. Currently you need to have separate cards for each benefit and you need to activate each benefit separately as well. Which is not great. But overall great rewards and cash backs which can make it worth while if you are willing to persever with collecting the points. #BlackFriday

Innovative but needing improvement
I have really enjoyed using their platform - easy and intuitive to use, and it provides a great way to manage your investments yourself at low cost. Support response times were slower than it could be, but not terrible. Their rewards program could also be reworked a bit to make it more engaging, flexible and sustainable. Forcing someone to invest more money each month into specific investments just to maintain the benefit is manipulative in my opinion. It forces people to invest in shares that might not be the best investment for them. Overall I think they are doing great work but could do with some improvements! #BlackFriday

Solid and consistent service
Solid and consistent service with great rewards. It is easy to feel like my money is safe and well-taken care of. Interacting with Standard bank via any of their platforms or in-person is usually good with their staff being professional. It is great to see them making a push towards being more digital so I am excited to see what innovations they come up with.

Excellent quality of work #greatbusines
Excellent quality of work #greatbusines. Worked on my old Toyota Corolla and went above and beyond what I asked him to do. Car looked better than what it looked before the dent damage occurred. Took the time and effort to go the extra mile to get the job done right. Would recommend these guys any day of the week.
