The service has gone downhill and overstates its own importance. There is no reason for offerzen to be privy to internal communications between companies and their employees . Offerzen does not have some special requirement to supercede privacy laws to acquire information that can and should be withheld. It took them years to recognize data as a viable field to add to their platform because they are slow to adapt and stay current, I believe its clear from this slow evolution culture that they are still immature in data privacy and privacy laws in general which is appauling as a placement agency. Communicating that you are not willing to expose private conversations brings their service to a standstill because they have made no effort to ensure they are a legitimate business and have other avenues forward should you opt out of having your rights trampled. Most people don't even think about these issues which is why I take a hard stance against predatory systems like these that assume they can do what they want
Waiting 2 hours while the paint guys tell my partner that they would rather speak to me then to her as if women cant buy paint, they refuse to help her mix the custom paint that we have been mixing for the last 4 years , going to the back to try 'find' paint that they clearly have trying every excuse in the book to not do the work and after 2 hours they finally start mixing to realize they only have 2 pots of black tint and not 3 . When we tried to find a solution after them wasting my partners time, then my fathers time, the property valuation team will be here and they have wasted 2 hours of our time when we needed a quick touch up, already spending 30minutes at a time at the back doing absolutely nothing but pretend to be working.We tried to get the process done quicker by offering to take a 5L if they could get us a discount which they flat out refused. Then they started complaining that they could not do the simple math to adapt the recipe for 5L which we did on the spot because its BASIC EFFINF MATHEMATICS Siyabonga and the team at Builders George are absolutely ruthless in being inept. they make the A-Team, well done for being the worst location in George to get paint you have truelly outdone yourselfs with the accodale. My partner tried to help me because it was a busy day and in severe pain went from the pharmacy to builders for this absolute horror show of bad service and lack of planning or care. The team went out of their way to make this unpleasant, inconvenient and a massive waste of time.
This is the best ISP by far. They did all the effort to get me up and running. They literally contacted me everyday to keep me updated and removed all obstacles as best they could. Their packages are well priced and their services slaps. my internet has that new car smell. No downtime so far and just stellar billing - no issues with setup, financing or double payments etc! Love that I have actual PEOPLE to talk to, every other ISP outgrows themselves and suffers from losing their quick response time. I was asked to write a review here, because I'm a VIP? Probably should've just asked me to answer a survey because it would've generated an actionable viewpoint without hurting your public review score. Anyway, here is my review: Float? No thank you, PayJustNow please. There are a few players in the space but I actively avoid Float. It doesn't provide any real benefit other than messing with your available balance. If I could snap my fingers I would rebuild Float to be PayJustNow 2.0 and try and compete with them. Payflex is slightly better than Float but also just ends up messing with your own perception of your available balance. The only real competitor to PayJustNow is something like the TFG Money Account on Bash, which suffers from difficult onboarding/no follow up, or the much less available and less approachable HappyPay. I put Float dead last for being super confusing, not actually being useful at all "As long as you have the available credit on your card" - defeats the entire point of needing it to exist. You don't solve a substantial problem. You just introduce confusion into where my balance is ACTUAL at. I am a VIP user, that being said, I actively steer people away from Float, because its useless, and I actively encourage people to use PayJustNow and I assume PayJustNow will outgrow everyone else because their product is so much better thought out in providing value. Flashy marketing and how-to guides will only get you so far.
GSR security explicitly tries to contravene against the CPA by limiting refunds to 'store credit' only as per their website's refund policy. As per the CPA section 56 It is within the consumers right to refunded in cash instead of vouchers or store credit. A quick google search shows as well that there is mention of GSR smothering a bad review by blocking the refund. This would be unlawful. There is also a time constraint conflict between the return policy and with the CPA where GSR states refunds can only qualify if the company is contacted within 7 days of purchase. The correct ECT Act interpretation is 7 days after DELIVERY There is also an implied warranty of quality that cannot be contracted out or revoked. This allows for the product to be return up to 6 months after receiving the goods if the item does not comply with the reasonable quality bullet points in the CPA
A very bad UI experience, a support team that doesnt care about the user and horrible developer practices tells me this company only cares about the bottomline and isnt ready to be a world leader in the game. Comparing this to most US startups the development causes the site to shutdown most weekends or after 11PM. This alone in 2021 is hilariously pathetic service, but from a financial site this is attrocious that they cant invest in building, testing and deploying with the use of more than one instance running. Cant afford cloud costs to spin up another VM? The app is certainly worse compared to the site and that isnt saying much. Their improvements seem to be focused on adding content that makes them more money but they take a large chunk from transaction arbitrage so the pure neglect in improving the horrible user experience or keeping the site live is so bad. Ive started moving my money over to other platforms and the experience has been way better.
I've been with cool ideas through all their DDOS drama, I used to recommend them to everyone I knew, and intended to move my line to my newly built home but since the cancellation policy wasn't presented to me when I joined and it was such a hassle finding it on their site because they hide it in a link on their FAQ I had no idea that I had to give a full calendars month notice. So I gave notice that I wanted to move my line 4 workings days late. on October 6th. Now they are charging me for 2 residences after it took them 18 DAYS to respond to my initial email. What utterly disgusting service and such unnecessary policies
Ordered R1300 worth of alcohol on the 2nd of December. by the 11th of December it still hasn't shipped. I've emailed the company 3 times, left messages on their zendesk system and I have had any correspondence from them so far. Stay away! The first Pizza Hut we went to in Stellenbosch had DISGUSTING food drenched in oil, stale and rock hard. We then avoided Pizza Hut until the new branch in George opened. We ordered pizza with Avo added, the manager handed it to us assuring us it was 100% and we went home. Found hair on the pizza and No Avo. Called to complain and was just told "Store had no Avo, it was the cashier / managers fault for not telling you" with no attempt to amend the situation, made no mention of the hair or even cared that we were charged for Avo we didn't receive. #### service all round as we see 10's of people leaving to go to Romans/Debonairs pizza instead.
