I;ve ordered my hair products online with Wish as i've done the past few years, but have not received my parcel, which was due latest 7Januarary 2025. The S.A post office didn't know where my parcel was. I then contacted Wish to tell them I haven't received my parcel for a refund, but have not been able to after countless attempts. The site asks: Have you received your parcel? Click yes or no, it then It says it can't process my request, I should try again later! This has been three days now of same message coming up, no other way of contacting them either. I'm at my wits end!!! Please help!
