Contacted customer support regarding an item ordered in October 2024,the item went past the extended delivery date without updating any info on the tracking except for order recieved and shipped for delivery,a refund was made in the 18th of December 2024,i have not recieved a cent of that money as of yet,i contacted the wish customer support and queried the refund,i sent bank statements dating from the 18th of december as proof that i have not recieved the refund,where a reply came to me that i have to speak to my credit provider(bank) because i removed the refund from the bank statement, After I explained to them that the statement is directly from the bank the customer support did acknowledge that there is a restriction from my bank in regards to paypal payments that has to be made to my account (there is no international payments pending on my account showing at the bank)then i was offered wish cash as a refund and the ticket was closed,still no refund recieved and after contacting support again i was told that the refund was made to my account and they cannot do a refund again,I have still not recieved my money and it is going for month number 4...
